To guarantee the quality of produce for both domestic and export markets, Hoang Minh Farm strictly adheres to a rigorous 3-step process:
Step 1: Identifying the Golden Harvest Window We avoid mass harvesting. Our technical team inspects each plot individually. The ideal time to harvest is when 70-80% of the leaves have withered, the skin turns dark yellow, and the ginger reaches its peak pungency with minimal fiber.
Step 2: Professional Harvesting Techniques Our farmers skillfully use specialized tools to ensure the ginger rhizomes remain intact and unbroken. After harvest, the ginger is naturally air-dried in the shade to "cure" the skin. This natural process extends shelf life significantly without the need for preservatives.
Step 3: Sorting and Packaging At our facility, ginger is classified based on size and maturity:
Grade 1: Large, uniform rhizomes, specialized for export and premium gift sets.
Grade 2: Ideal for essential oil extraction, ginger powder, or culinary seasoning.
At Hoang Minh Agriculture, we believe that integrity in cultivation creates sustainable value for consumer health.
