Welcome to Hoàng Minh. Creating a small but flavor-packed ginger lozenge requires more than just ingredients—it takes the patience and dedication of a true farmer. Here is our 5-step closed-loop process to bring the essence of nature directly to you.

Phase 1: Cultivation & Care – "Following Nature's Rhythm"
Everything starts with the soil. At Hoàng Minh's garden, ginger is grown in porous, well-drained hill soil.
Clean Farming: We say "No" to growth stimulants. Our ginger grows naturally, absorbing nutrients from Mother Earth, sun, wind, and clean water sources.
Timing: We never rush the harvest. We patiently wait for the ginger to reach full maturity, ensuring it accumulates the highest concentration of essential oils and medicinal properties.
Phase 2: Selection & Harvest – "Strict Quality Control"
Not every ginger root makes the cut.
The Standard: Nhà Hoàng Minh only harvests "Old Ginger" (Gừng cụ). At this stage, the skin is dark, the flesh is golden, and the spice level is at its peak—the key factor in warming the body and soothing the throat.
Screening: Any young, bruised, or pest-damaged roots are immediately filtered out right at the garden.
Phase 3: Meticulous Processing – "Cleanliness Above All"
Once brought to the workshop, the ginger undergoes a rigorous cleaning process:
Deep Wash: Rinsed multiple times under high-pressure water to completely remove soil and sand from every crevice.
Slicing: The ginger is sliced (either manually or by specialized cutters) to ensure uniform thickness, allowing it to absorb the sweetness evenly during the simmering stage.
Blanching: A crucial step to reduce the harsh pungency, making the final product smooth and balanced.
Phase 4: Simmering – "The Secret of Fire and Time"
This is the most demanding stage, requiring the skill and heart of Nhà Hoàng Minh’s artisans.
The Blend: Ginger slices are soaked and simmered with pure honey and rock sugar (or palm sugar). We strictly avoid preservatives and artificial flavorings.
Thermal Process: We simmer the ginger over a low flame for many hours. Our artisans must stir constantly to prevent burning until the sugar caramelizes into a beautiful amber glaze, coating each slice with a signature chewy texture.
Phase 5: Packaging & Preservation – "From Our Heart to Your Home"
Once the ginger has cooled and reached the perfect consistency:
Final Inspection: Any pieces that do not meet our standards for color or shape are removed.
Jarring: The lozenges are neatly placed into sterilized glass or high-quality PET jars.
Sealing: Jars are sealed and labeled to ensure hygiene and preserve the full aroma until they reach you.
The Hoàng Minh Commitment: Every jar of ginger lozenges is a product of a clean, artisanal, and meticulous process. We hope it serves not just as a healthy snack, but as a companion in caring for your family’s respiratory health.
